As our 2018 Bragging Rights on Thursday Nights season ended on September 27, 2018 our hearts are FULL from all the love and support Yankton, and the surrounding communities has shown to us for our event. I could have never imagined such a response! When Bragging Rights on Thursday Nights was born, our goal was to use all our “concrete” in downtown Yankton, to somehow help our community. Julie’s love for old cars showed us the way! Each year we are able to help numerous people in our community by YOUR generous donations!
This year we were also able to donate to Pathways! Each month Jessie put together a list of “themed” items that were needed for the month! What a fun way to show our support! Pathways also received an unexpected cash donation from the Eagle Eye Ride! It is so heartwarming to see everyone come together and help!
As we look forward to our 2019 Bragging Rights season, we are looking at how we can make this event bigger and better for our community! Your job, Share our Events!! This is a family friendly event that happens the last Thursday of the month, May to September. And remember, you DO NOT need a “ride” to come down! Anyone is welcome! Come on down, eat supper, take a stroll along the river and check out some great “rides”. Make sure to watch our Facebook page and website for our 2019 dates!
